November Photo Diary

Konnichiwa, friends! I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving holiday! With Winter right around the corner, Ryan and I took every opportunity we could to travel this month. Fall is our favorite time of the year, but we weren’t able to do as much as we usually like to do after the birth of our son this past September. We basically crammed several months worth of fall time activities in to a few weeks, and boy was it a whirlwind adventure!

Here’s what we’ve been up to this November…

Christmas in Europe is the most magical time of the year and is something Ryan and I have missed ever since leaving Germany last year. Fortunately, we have discovered a ton of amazing European things to do around Japan for the holidays! So rather than purchasing plane tickets back to Germany, we’re determined to spend December replicating a European Christmas… right here in Japan!

Coming to the blog this month:

Fukuoka Date Night
A Ritz-Carlton Christmas
Osaka German Christmas Market
A European Christmas: decorating our Japanese home for the holidays
Glühwein Recipe
Summer’s Pink Christmas Tree: How to decorate with young children
Christmas Time in Huis Ten Bosch: A Japanese town modeled after Holland
